Lela Love

Director of Celebrations

Lela Love serves as Director of Celebration at TerraBella Roswell, where she coordinates activities, schedules entertainment, leads arts and crafts, and spends one-on-one time with residents. With over 27 years of experience in caregiving, Lela brings a wealth of compassion to our community.

Before joining TerraBella Roswell, Lela worked at a sister facility in Tennessee. She has worked as a CNA in Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, and Tennessee, and holds an Associate of Arts degree from Arkansas. Since beginning her career in care management in March 1994, Lela has found great joy in working with seniors.

Outside of work, Lela enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, exploring the outdoors, and riding in her Jeep with music playing.

Maurice Facyson

Director of Facilities

Maurice Facyson, Director of Facility Operations at TerraBella Roswell, brings more than eight years of maintenance experience to our community. With a strong background in construction, remodeling, and building and apartment maintenance, he prioritizes our residents and their family members in a joyful and meaningful way.

Prior to joining TerraBella Roswell, Maurice worked all over Georgia, and he has successfully run his own remodeling company for the last five years. Outside of work, Maurice enjoys going to the gym and spending time with his three little girls.

Cynthia Gilyard

Director of Culinary Services

Cynthia Gilyard has over 40 years of experience working alongside professional chefs from around the world. She believes that seniors deserve luxury, and her philosophy is simple: “Treat people the way you would want them to treat you and your loved ones.”

Cynthia takes pride in creating exceptional dining experiences and a welcoming atmosphere, all while ensuring nutritional needs are met.

A longtime Atlanta resident of 30 years, a grandmother to all teenagers, and a senior herself, Cynthia is honored to provide a 5-star culinary experience. It is her pleasure to help enhance the quality of life for our residents.
